Ignacio Salzman, MD
Dr. Ignacio Salzman, MD is a board-certified Family Practice physician with over 42 years of experience, specializing in Sports Medicine and musculoskeletal injury care. A graduate of the University of Buenos Aires with residency training at Lutheran Medical Center, he is known for delivering patient-centered, results-driven care.
Dr. Salzman also brings expertise in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), focusing on patient safety, clinical efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. A respected leader in healthcare, he is recognized for his integrity, empathy, and commitment to excellence.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, Dr. Salzman provides personalized care to a diverse patient population.
Dr William chromey, D.C
Dr. Chromey, DC, MSACP is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician with over 25 years of experience specializing in spine care, sports injuries, rehabilitation, and performance optimization. He holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Master of Science in Advanced Clinical Practice, and is licensed in Florida and Pennsylvania.
Currently serving as a clinician at 27 Injury & Wellness, Dr. Chromey provides advanced, patient-centered care focused on recovery, function, and long-term results.
In addition to clinical care, he has an extensive background in education, having served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences and instructor in Anatomy and Physiology. He has worked with professional and elite athletes, including involvement with U.S.G.A. performance teams, and is certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (Level II Medical).
Known for his expertise and innovative approach, Dr. Chromey is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes and helping patients return to peak performance.
Dr. Randy Wilds
Dr. Randy Wilds is a Florida native, born and raised in Vero Beach. He served as a medical technician in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong passion for helping individuals recover from injuries caused by accidents and other traumatic events. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX.
In 2026, Dr. Wilds founded 27 Injury & Wellness, which has grown into a premier auto accident recovery center. Since then, he and his dedicated team have remained committed to helping patients recover, restore their health, and move forward with their lives free from pain and worry.
